I have now learned that it's not necessary to stress out like you have a mental issue over just any quibble. It's considerably mental activity at a low level. High level would be all about positivity while having consistent success!

A great countermeasure to take against any form of stress or negativity is reflecting on what you are grateful about. It's definitely running away if you blame something else for making you feel miserable. It doesn't make you a better person either. We all have the tools to combat anything stressful or negative effectively and to resolve it at a very high level, but it's reasonable to sense that some people are just not ready to practice it for their own well-being. It should be our responsibility to take care of ourselves before going the extra mile, which does require a substantial amount of talent.

It's probably not even something you can take for granted from thinking most won't be in the mood to do well at it. It's not something to get so negative about either, but something you can work on compensating properly to maintain a high level of intellectual activity and well-being.
