Bare minimum statement:

The bare minimum things that I want to do on a regular day is invest/trade, read, clear out email clutter, workout, conduct good hygiene, and work on an online course. I no longer feel bad about trying to make money through investing and trading. I'm pretty much happy being a nobody in those sectors and don't need anyone really supporting me with how good or bad I'm doing. As long as I make enough to get around with my fat lifestyle then I'll be happy to be maintaining it when I get there.

What did I do right today?

I am reliving out a thought and just contributing a personal hypothesis.

---

I believe that better mental health starts with selflessness. The moment you get caught up over something not going your way while feeling selfish about it and believing that it's supposed to be done another way for you and you are totally bothered by it; this is the moment that you are vulnerable to turning crazy.

Sometimes you just have to block some things out mentally and be open to doing adequate, active problem solving. I can see how some people just want to not to do anything and stay frozen and keep themselves from going out of control repeatedly because if you blew it, then you know it can make you feel bad or you just know that it's not good for your moral compass.

I'm not alone to people acting up on me in a selfish and passively aggressive manner. It's a sign that there's something going wrong for them mentally. From my chain of experiences with it, it's just been annoying for me but I've still been able to handle it. It's like they were giving annoying advice that I disagreed with and then from turning argumentative, they would feel like I'm not listening to them while they were thinking I was being stubborn about it. They really thought they were doing something good for me, but it turned out to be an unpleasant thing for them with this feeling too prolonged for them and then they would act up in a crazy, anti-social manner. I found all of this to be mainly annoying.

I had impostor syndrome which hindered me from solving this annoying situation for me. I now have a combined approach that works for me and saves face with me having to look like this difficult and stubborn, argumentative guy.

It's to tell them better advice than theirs that works for you, and I mean it not in a sarcastic manner. It really works by providing you relief from them being annoying. The next thing is to be openly honest about how they are being annoying to you with others who get in your way and also themselves.

I took my time to figure this out for myself. I'm confident that it works, so that's why I'm telling you this openly. I'm also giving you better advice than yours that works for me.
