Being tested in faith

It's really cool how if you give a little time, then people will come around right after you smack them on their literative forehead. I think it's a blessing that God really plays for our side, no matter how ugly the situation may get. It's in tough times that our faith gets tested, and if you are standing around still even as it persists into stronger attacks, then you have to be one of those godly Christians who will be awarded the crown of glory in heaven. Faith like a musterseed is all it really takes to let God set up your blessings. Just count your blessings, they're innumerable. Why? Because God loves us and died on the cross for our sins; it's not the end of story, yet. He even calls Christians His righteous children; how cool is that to have a grandpa who would always keep his eye on you and give you sound discipline starting from an early age.

I think God makes it easy for us to relate to other's mishaps and also find reasons to believe that Christ should reign in our lives. Crisis, untimely deaths, crimes, divorce rates, sickness, and poverty are all reasons for the world to lose trust in God. It may seem like we also can relate to all of these issues and lose sight in Jesus. Our bodies are facing several spiritual battles and sometimes, run low in godly desires to continue the race. In these critical moments, a few are gifted at using their talents to get what they want. It's sometimes really hard to see God working out for us in our lives because we all want a powerful God to enrich us with only happiness. Let's face it, love hurts. Just as almost all parents have already experienced their children turning on their backs. We have pained God in every area of our lives; he is a jealous God who won't settle for anything less than our full attention of Him. We should be reminded of his power by how He disciplines people. Only by confessing sins can he or she realize the grace and peace Jesus holds in his or her life.
